First vacation of the 2012 summer!

Brad participated in the Elephant Rock Bike Ride in Castle Rock, CO for the 2nd year with his buddies, Mike and Rich.  I enjoyed club level seating at the Rockies game with my best buddy, Christine!  The boys enjoyed their ride and the Rockies won!

We spent the night with Emily, Kevin, Bronsen and Stella!  Played with the kids on Monday and then Brad traveled back to Grand Junction on Tuesday.  I was able to stay and spend the week with Emily while she is on maternity leave.

Stella has changed so much since I last saw her.  She is now 7 weeks old.

She smiles and coos and is always moving. Loves to kick her legs!

                            I decided that Bronsen needed to learn how to hit a baseball!  My mom was
                         the ultimate baseball fan (especially for the Chicago Cubs) so I thought I should
                         continue the tradition of Grandma and baseball.  Bronsen was pretty happy to oblige
                         me by batting and pitching!

                                            After dinner, I got the opportunity to give Stella a bath.
                                           What a sweetie.  She loves the water. Her hair curls up quite a
                                            bit when it is wet!!!
